Engineering as craft
Every product starts with a constraint most teams treat as optional: it must work beautifully on mid-range hardware, offline, without sending your data anywhere. That constraint shapes everything — the on-device language models we optimise, the offline-first architectures we design, the animation budgets we enforce frame by frame.
We measure ourselves against the best software in the world, not the average of our category. If an interaction doesn't feel as considered as it would from the most valuable companies on earth, it isn't done.
